Famous for our homegrown asparagus and strawberries, the shop is laden with fruit and vegetables from the farm and surrounding region. We have a fantastic network of local producers, farmers, gamekeepers and artisans that supply our farm shop, celebrating the depth and variety of what’s on our doorstep. We choose to stock products from over 50 local suppliers and as many again from across Britain

We also have a splendid butchery counter, run by local butchers, Whieldons, who specialise in sourcing top quality meat from the locality, including rare breeds and specialist meats. Our choice of unique Farmhouse cheeses, charcuterie, chutneys and pickles make this an ideal place to shop for products with strong integrity. Our bread is freshly baked by local bakeries Swiss Chalet, The French Corner and our sourdough is from Nova in Heswall.
It’s rare for a shop to say that the milk is local too, but Bates dairy in Southport source their milk from within a 5 mile radius of our farm.

We take the same care when choosing all our other products, from real ales, to all of our pates, coffees, teas.  We have a wide selection of gluten free products and are heavily invested in producers with flair and innovation; we will never rest from our passion to bring the best and most interesting foods to the people of Wirral and Merseyside.
